Much Better Than I Expected
This movie has to become a cult classic. I jumped into expecting it to be hokey but I loved it. There was just enough of a balance between humor and quirkiness with an actual new idea of a plot and story line. I know I will continue to enjoy it, I hope other folks discover and appreciate it as well.

If you missed it in theaters please rent or buy this! I seen it in an empty theater and was so bummed as it was such a fun little movie. It needs more eyes on it, because it deserves it! I don’t get why the keep saying it’s in the same universe as Jennifer’s Body, they are super different, even though they are written by the same writer. All I know is the acting is great, the film is fun and great to look at, and it’s a cute funny horror film for young audiences who are just getting into the genre.

Lost count of how many times I’ve watched LF!
I have watched Lisa Frankenstein literally every single day for months and even managed to watch it twice and on an occasion three times a day. There is honestly no real explanation why other than it’s an amazing movie. The 80’s vibe is such a great escape from today’s worldly happenings. Those were the days of big aqua net hair and killer 80’s goth and rock bands. There isn’t as much extras as I wish there could be on the blue ray but what is there is really cool. The director commentary by Zelda Williams is really interesting. I actually learned a lot about the movie production and process. If you love cute 80’s zombie/girl life movies then Lisa Frankenstein is going to be one of your favorites.

If you haven’t seen this movie…
I don’t know how to describe my feelings about this movie. I have watched it at least five times since it came out last February. I went to see it for a girls valentines day night movie, it surpassed all of my exceptions. It was clever and funny. The wit was off the charts. It was creatively done in a different way while remaining very likeable likeable.

Saw this in theaters and loved it. It’s amazing cast and felt like an old 80s film. May not be for everyone but it was right up my alley.
