Abigail "Abby" James Witherspoon, also known as "AJ," is an American actress. She was born on February 24, 2006, and is the daughter of John Witherspoon, who is the older brother of actress Reese Witherspoon. Abby James Witherspoon has been active in film and television since 2015. She was inspired to pursue acting after visiting her aunt Reese Witherspoon on the set of the film Hot Pursuit. Her notable film credits include Secret Headquarters (2022), where she was part of the cast alongside Owen Wilson and Michael Peña, and the 2024 film Monster Summer, in which she played the role of Sammy Devers. Other roles include appearances in I Would Have Kissed You, Every Other Holiday, and A Unicorn for Christmas. She graduated from high school and is reportedly studying at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
