Hailing from a family deeply rooted in the film industry—his father Veeru Devgan was a renowned stunt choreographer and his mother Veena Devgan is a film producer—Ajay made a grand and memorable debut in 1991 with the action-romance film Phool Aur Kaante, earning him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. Known for his intense performances and diverse choice of roles, he quickly established himself as an action hero, before venturing into various genres including romance, drama, comedy, and thrillers.Throughout his prolific career spanning over three decades and more than 100 films, Devgn has garnered numerous accolades, including four National Film Awards and four Filmfare Awards.
