Ajay Ghosh
Ajay Ghosh, whose full name is Pathipati Ajay Ghosh, is an Indian actor and comedian known for his work primarily in Telugu cinema and theater, as well as in some Tamil films. Born in Vetapalem, Andhra Pradesh, he is the son of a communist and was named after the freedom fighter Ajoy Ghosh. After a brief period as a stage actor and news reader, he began his film career, achieving his breakthrough role as a brutal police inspector in the critically acclaimed Tamil film Visaranai (2015), which was India's official entry for the Academy Awards.He has gained recognition for his compelling performances in both negative and comedic roles. Some of his most notable roles include those in Rangasthalam (2018), Jyothi Lakshmi (2015), Pushpa: The Rise (2021), and Guntur Kaaram (2024).
