Aliocha Schneider is a French-Canadian actor and musician born on September 21, 1993, in Paris, France. Raised in Quebec, Canada, he hails from a family deeply rooted in the arts; his father, Jean-Claude Schneider, was an actor, and his mother, Isabella, was a model. Aliocha is the fourth of five brothers, including actors Niels and Vassili Schneider. Tragically, his eldest brother, Vadim Schneider, passed away in a car accident in 2003 at the age of 17 . Aliocha began his acting career at a young age, performing at Montreal’s Théâtre du Rideau Vert. He gained prominence in Quebec television with roles in series such as Tactik (2009–2013), Yamaska, Les Parent, and Belle-Baie . His film credits include Bon Cop, Bad Cop (2006), Ma mère est chez le coiffeur (2008), Le Journal d’Aurélie Laflamme (2010), Closet Monster (2015), and Pompei (2019) . In addition to acting, Aliocha pursued a music career under the mononym "Aliocha." He released his debut album, Eleven Songs, in 2017, followed by Naked in 2020. In October 2023, he released his first French-language album, which featured the hit single "Ensemble." The song earned him three nominations at the 2025 Victoires de la Musique, France's prestigious music awards . Aliocha is in a relationship with Canadian singer Charlotte Cardin, and the couple has been together for several years .
