Alison Sudol is an American actress and singer-songwriter, born on December 23, 1984, in Seattle, Washington. She is best known for her role as Queenie Goldstein in the Fantastic Beasts film series, a part of J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World. Before her acting career, Sudol was a musician under the stage name A Fine Frenzy, releasing three albums between 2007 and 2012. Her music was featured in various television shows and movies, and she toured internationally to support her work. In 2014, Sudol shifted her focus to acting, landing roles in television series such as Transparent and Dig. Her breakout film role came in 2016 when she portrayed Queenie Goldstein in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
