Andrew Form is an American film and television producer, born on February 3, 1969, in New York, U.S. He is a prominent figure in the horror and action genres and is perhaps best known as the co-founder of the production company Platinum Dunes alongside Michael Bay and Brad Fuller in 2001. This company specialized in producing reboots of popular horror franchises, including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), The Amityville Horror (2005), Friday the 13th (2009), and A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010). Form also produced original, successful film series such as The Purge and A Quiet Place, along with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films. His notable filmography also includes Project Almanac, Ouija, IF (2024), and A Quiet Place: Day One (2024). In addition to film, Form has co-produced television series like Black Sails (2014–2017) and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan (2018–present). In his personal life, he was married to actress Jordana Brewster from 2007 to 2021, and they have two sons. He subsequently married actress Alexandra Daddario in June 2022, and they welcomed a child in October 2024.
