Andrew J. West is an American actor, born on November 22, 1983, in Merrillville, Indiana. He is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington, where he initially studied Philosophy and Anthropology but discovered his passion for acting through short films and university plays, notably a pivotal role in Eric Bogosian's subUrbia during his senior year. He began his professional career with bit parts in short films, moving into television with a recurring role on the comedy-drama series Privileged and co-starring as Fisher in the cult-favorite comedy Greek from 2007 to 2011. West gained significant recognition for his role as the villain Gareth in the AMC horror drama The Walking Dead, appearing as a guest star in Season 4 before being promoted to a series regular for Season 5, a performance that earned him a Saturn Award nomination. He also portrayed the adult Henry Mills on the seventh and final season of the ABC fantasy drama Once Upon a Time. In film, he starred as the titular character in the 2015 indie feature Walter.
