Ani Nelson is a British actress who has been building a career across television, film, and web series. She trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA). Nelson is a native South Londoner, hailing from Catford.Her television credits include appearances in "Roadkill" (Channel 4), "Random Acts," "This is Going to Hurt" (BBC), and "One Day" (Netflix). She has also been a part of the popular web series "Brothers with No Game" and "Flatshare." On stage, she has performed in theatre productions such as "The Trick" and "Abigail's Party."Most recently, Ani Nelson played the role of Kayla in Mike Leigh's 2024 drama film "Hard Truths." In the film, Kayla is one of the adult daughters of Chantelle (Michele Austin), the jovial sister of the film's central character, Pansy (Marianne Jean-Baptiste).
