Anurag Arora is a highly prolific Indian film and television actor, known for his impactful supporting roles predominantly in Hindi cinema and popular web series, with recent credits extending into the South Indian film industry. An alumnus with a degree in Theatre from Panjab University, Chandigarh, he began his film career with his feature film debut in the 2008 black comedy Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!. Arora has since built a strong reputation by frequently portraying characters in positions of authority—such as police officers, detectives, or fathers—in both critically acclaimed and commercially successful projects. His notable filmography includes major releases like Dangal (2016), Hindi Medium (2017), Kabir Singh (2019), and Amar Singh Chamkila (2024). Furthermore, he is widely recognized for his work on OTT platforms, featuring in the acclaimed web series Delhi Crime and Paatal Lok (2020), where he played the role of SHO Virk. In a move that aligns with the broadening scope of his career, he appeared in the 2025 Tamil and Telugu sports drama Bison: Kaalamaadan.
