Arshad Warsi is a highly acclaimed Indian actor, choreographer, and television host, predominantly known for his work in Hindi cinema. Born on April 19, 1968, in Mumbai, he had a difficult upbringing, being orphaned at the age of 14. He started his career as a door-to-door cosmetics salesman and later worked in a photo lab. His passion for dance led him to join a dance troupe and eventually, he won a national-level dance competition in 1991 and the fourth prize in the World Dance championship in London in 1992. He also choreographed the title track for the film Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja (1993).Warsi made his acting debut in Amitabh Bachchan's production Tere Mere Sapne (1996). While he appeared in a number of films in the late 1990s, his breakthrough role came in 2003 with the comedy-drama Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., where he played the beloved character of "Circuit," the sidekick to the film's protagonist. His performance was widely praised and earned him several awards and nominations. He reprised this iconic role in the sequel, Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006), which won him a Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role.Arshad Warsi is recognized for his versatility, excelling in both comedic and dramatic roles.
