Ash Ricardo is an Australian actress born in Sydney to an Italian family, who trained at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), graduating in 2008. She is known for her versatile work across Australian film, television, and theatre. On television, she is best recognized for playing Kerry Green in Network Ten's Offspring (2016-2017), Detective Zoe Rawlings in the crime thriller Bite Club (2018), and Mira Ortiz in the medical drama RFDS (2021-2023). Her other TV credits include Clickbait, Home and Away, and Party Tricks. In film, Ricardo has appeared in various projects, including a minor role in the Marvel film Thor: Ragnarok (2022) and more recently, the role of Jennifer Falk in the mystery thriller Force of Nature: The Dry 2 (2024). She has also had an extensive career in theatre, performing in numerous productions for the Sydney Theatre Company. Additionally, Ricardo is an advocate and ambassador for Endometriosis Australia, having openly shared her personal experience with the condition. She and her partner have two sons.
