Assia Lau'ren is an American actor, writer, photographer, and U.S. Army veteran known for her multifaceted artistic endeavors. Born on April 17, 1992, in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, she graduated from Howard University in 2014. Following her education, she served as an officer in the U.S. Army for six years, including assignments with the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) and the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), before transitioning to civilian life in 2020 as a Captain . In her artistic career, Assia has made notable contributions to film, literature, and photography.
