Barry Ward is an Irish actor who began his career at a young age. He made his television debut at 13 in the RTÉ/BBC series "Family" (1994). His early career also included appearances in "Plotlands" (1997) and the film "Sunburn" (1999).Throughout his career, Ward has built a diverse filmography, featuring in films like "Jimmy's Hall," "Blood Cells," "Extra Ordinary," and "Dating Amber," for which he received an IFTA award. His television work is also notable, with roles in series such as "Rebellion," "Taken Down," "Britannia," "Save Me," and "The Capture."He has also had a strong presence in theatrical productions. It is also noted that he attended NUI Maynooth where he studied English and Philosophy.
