Benjamín Vicuña Luco, born on November 29, 1978, in Santiago, Chile, is a prominent Chilean actor and entrepreneur. He is a descendant of the notable Chilean historian and politician, Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna. Vicuña pursued his acting studies at the University of Chile, laying the foundation for a prolific career that spans film, television, and theatre in Chile, Argentina, and Spain.He co-founded Centro Mori, a cultural center, and was appointed as a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF Chile in 2008. Throughout his career, Vicuña has been recognized with several awards and nominations for his performances. Some of his notable works include "El Primero de Nosotros" (2022), "Demente" (2021), "Pacto de Fuga" (2020), and "The Heart Knows" (2025).In his personal life, Benjamín Vicuña was in a relationship with Argentine model Carolina Ardohain from 2005 to 2015, with whom he has four children: Blanca (2006-2012), Bautista (born 2008), Beltrán (born 2012), and Benicio (born 2014). Tragically, their daughter Blanca passed away in 2012. He later had a relationship with Argentine actress China Suárez from 2015 to 2021, and they have two children together: Magnolia (born 2018) and Amancio (born 2020). Vicuña has written a book, "Blanca, la niña que quería volar" (2023), in memory of his daughter.
