Bhagyashri Borse

Bhagyashri Borse is a rapidly emerging Indian actress, primarily known for her work in the Telugu and now Tamil film industries. Born on May 6, 1999, in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (formerly Aurangabad), Maharashtra, she spent seven years of her childhood studying in Lagos, Nigeria, before returning to India, where she pursued a degree in business management in Mumbai while simultaneously establishing herself as a model. After making cameo appearances in the Hindi films Yaariyan 2 (2023) and Chandu Champion (2024), she made a highly successful transition to South Indian cinema. Her major breakthrough was her lead debut in the Telugu film Mr. Bachchan (2024) opposite Ravi Teja, a performance for which she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu. Following this success, she appeared in a significant supporting role in Vijay Deverakonda's action thriller Kingdom (2025). Bhagyashri is currently making her debut in Tamil cinema, playing the role of Kumari opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the 2025 period mystery drama Kaantha.
