Billy MacLellan is a Canadian actor, director, and voice artist known for his versatile work across film, television, and theater. Born on January 31, 1974, in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, he honed his craft at Concordia University and the National Theatre School.MacLellan has built a steady career with numerous supporting and recurring roles in both Canadian and American productions. His notable television appearances include ReGenesis, for which he received a Gemini Award nomination, as well as 12 Monkeys, Bellevue, and Star Trek: Discovery. On the film side, he is recognized for his performances in movies such as Maudie (2016), The Silence (2019), and most recently, the action-thriller Nobody (2021) as the character Charlie Williams, a role he is set to reprise in the upcoming sequel.Beyond his on-screen work, MacLellan is an accomplished voice actor, having won two ACTRA Awards for Outstanding Male Voice Performance for his work on the radio drama series Afghanada and for narrating the audiobook of Hugh MacLennan's novel Each Man's Son.
