Blaire Chang (Chinese: 張珮瑩; Pinyin: Zhāng Pèiyíng), also known by her nickname Little Eight (小八), is a Taiwanese actress, host, and media personality born on June 22, 1982. She graduated from the Department of Philosophy at Fu Jen Catholic University and began her acting career in 2007, initially gaining popularity for her comedic performances as an impersonator. Chang has built a versatile career spanning television, film, and hosting. She received critical recognition with a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Television Film at the Golden Bell Awards for her role in the Public Television Service's Life Story-Crab Foot. She has appeared in various films and series, including American Girl, More than Blue, and the 2025 drama Left-Handed Girl, where she plays the significant role of Xiao-hong, the mother who moves back to Taipei with her two daughters to open a noodle stall. Additionally, she is known for her work as a host, notably for the show Popcorn Movies TW, where she has interviewed international stars such as Will Smith and Hugh Jackman.
