Caitlynne Medrek

Caitlynne Medrek (born November 19, 1989) is a multi-award-winning Canadian actress, voice performer, and entrepreneur who has built a diverse career across theatre, television, and animation. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she began performing at age eight and entered the professional theatre world by age twelve. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts and is widely recognized for her live-action roles as Grace Stussy in Fargo (Season 3), Ms. Clarissa in Heartland, and Rose in the 2023 film Hailey Rose. In the world of voice acting, she has voiced iconic characters such as Pan in Dragon Ball GT, Dawn in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island, and Mikoto in My-HiME. Most recently, in early 2026, she appeared in the animated superhero film Charlie the Wonderdog, providing the voice for the character Kitten. Beyond her screen and voice work, Medrek is a celebrated stage performer, having won a Betty Mitchell Award for her role in Billy Elliot at Theatre Calgary and being named Broadway World’s "Performer of the Decade." She is also an accomplished entrepreneur; in 2016, she founded YYC Princess, a children’s entertainment company in Calgary that focuses on inclusivity and empowering young audiences. Her community impact and business success led to her being named one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2020.
