Maria Carolina Álvares Ferraz, better known as Carolina Ferraz, is a Brazilian actress, TV host, and former model, born on January 25, 1968, in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil. She began her career in 1982 and is known for her roles in numerous Brazilian telenovelas and films. Her notable television roles include parts in Pantanal (playing young Irma), História de Amor, Por Amor, Pecado Capital, Belíssima, and Avenida Brasil. She has also appeared in films such as Possible Loves and The Passenger: Adult Secrets. Beyond acting, she has worked as a TV host. In her personal life, she was married to Mário Cohen from 1994 to 1998, and they share a child named Valentina. She was also in a relationship with actor Murilo Benício, which began in 1999 and ended in 2001. More recently, she was cast in the 2025 Netflix film Caramelo.
