Christina Cabot is an American actress, director, and acting coach, born on December 16, 1969, in New York City. Raised in an artistic household—her father was jazz trumpeter Joe Cabot, and her mother was singer/actress Cindy Lord—she pursued her passion for the arts at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. There, she trained under renowned instructors such as Stella Adler, William H. Macy, Joan MacIntosh, and Bobby Lewis. Cabot began her career on stage, later transitioning to film and television. Her film credits include roles in Fight Club (1999), Man on the Moon (1999), Simpatico (1999), Hostage (2005), Down in the Valley (2005), and The Incredible Hulk (2008), where she portrayed Major Kathleen Sparr. On television, she appeared in series such as The King of Queens, Cold Case, Six Feet Under, and Tell Me You Love Me. Cabot also co-founded the production company Electric Sun with her son, actor Ravi Cabot-Conyers, and producer Farial Khan, aiming to promote collaborative and diverse storytelling across all genres.
