Christina Marie Vidal (born November 18, 1981, in Whitestone, Queens, New York) is an American actress, singer, and producer of Puerto Rican descent. She began her career at age 10 after landing the lead role of Angie Vega in Life with Mikey (1993), making her the first Puerto Rican child actress to star as a lead in a U.S. film . Vidal later starred as Taina Morales in Nickelodeon’s Taina (2001–2002), showcasing her multicultural roots and musical talent . Following that, she appeared in Disney’s Brink! (1998) and portrayed Maddie—Lindsay Lohan’s best friend and bandmate—in Freaky Friday (2003), further demonstrating her singing and acting chops . Vidal continued to build a diverse television and film résumé, with roles in See No Evil (2006), I Think I Love My Wife (2007), The Guilty (2021), and the family sitcom United We Fall (2020), along with appearances on House, Monk, Training Day, Sneaky Pete, and The Terminal List .
