Born on July 13, 1981, in Toronto, Ontario, Clé Bennett is an acclaimed Canadian actor of Jamaican descent, known for his deep versatility in both live-action drama and animation. Raised in Ajax, Ontario, Bennett began his professional career in the late 1990s and has since become a two-time Gemini Award winner, earning honors for his performances in the HBO series The Line and the miniseries Guns. He is widely celebrated by fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for his portrayal of Lemar Hoskins (Battlestar) in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), and for his role as the menacing villain Harris Prime in Heroes Reborn. His extensive television credits also include notable roles in The Man in the High Castle, The Expanse, Homeland, and Flashpoint. In the Saw franchise, Bennett portrayed Detective Keith Hunt in Jigsaw (2017).
