Donald Joseph "D.J." Cotrona is an American actor born on May 23, 1980, in New Haven, Connecticut. He initially pursued a degree in law at Northeastern University, but after a summer internship, he realized it wasn't for him and switched to acting. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career.Cotrona's early career included guest-starring roles in television series like "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and a lead role in the short-lived Fox drama "Skin" (2003). He also appeared in films such as "Venom" (2005) and "Dear John" (2010).He gained significant recognition for his role as Dashiell "Flint" Faireborn in the 2013 action film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation."
