Daisy Head
Daisy Head (born March 7, 1991) is a prominent English actress known for her work in high-profile fantasy and drama productions. Born in Fulham, London, she is the daughter of actor Anthony Head and Sarah Fisher, and the younger sister of actress Emily Head. She received her education at Kingswood School in Bath and professional training at the Dorothy Coleborn School of Dance. Head began her acting career at a young age, making her television debut alongside her father in the series Rose and Maloney (2005) and securing her first main role in the BBC series Feather Boy (2004). In 2021, Head starred in the Wrong Turn reboot as Edith, a mysterious and pivotal member of the isolationist community known as the Foundation. Her character serves as one of the primary points of contact between the modern world and the primitive society, embodying the eerie and deceptive nature of the mountain cult. Beyond the horror genre, she has earned significant acclaim for her roles in major fantasy franchises, most notably as Genya Safin in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone (2021–2023) and as the formidable Red Wizard Sofina in the film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023). Her extensive television filmography includes lead roles in the Freeform drama Guilt (2016) as Grace Atwood and the third season of Hulu’s Harlots (2019) as Kate Bottomley. She has also appeared in The Sandman (2022) as Judy Talbot and starred in the period drama The Gray House (2024). As of early 2026, Head remains highly active in the industry, having recently filmed a role as Miss Doublefinger for the third season of the live-action One Piece series.
