Daniele Perrone
Daniele Perrone is an Italian actor born on September 30, 1981, in Messina, Sicily. After completing his studies in accounting and pursuing a professional football career, he shifted his focus to acting. Perrone honed his craft at the Scuola di Cinema Immagina in Florence under the guidance of Giuseppe Ferlito and later continued his training in Rome at the Centro Internazionale di Cinema e Teatro, directed by Francesca De Sapio. He further refined his skills through workshops with notable instructors such as Giovanni Miccoli and Bernard Hiller. Perrone's film debut came in 2009 with Giuseppe Tornatore's Baaria, where he portrayed the character of Mannina's fiancé. His performance earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the David di Donatello awards. He has since appeared in various films, including Oggi Sposi (2009), Ultimo Carico (2010), and September Eleven 1683 (2011). In 2023, Perrone featured in the Hollywood action film The Equalizer 3, directed by Antoine Fuqua, starring alongside Denzel Washington. In television, Perrone has taken on diverse roles, such as a postman in Distretto di Polizia 10 (2010), a carabiniere in Edda Ciano e il Comunista (2011), and a mafioso in La mafia uccide solo d’estate 2 (2017). He also portrayed Inspector Giuffrida in L’Onore e il Rispetto 5 – Ultimo Capitolo (2015). Beyond acting, Perrone has participated in theatrical productions such as Da Manhattan a Cefalù (2018) and Biancaneve e i sette nani (2010). He has also featured in commercials for brands like Vodafone and Pizza Hut.
