David Paymer
David Paymer is an American actor, comedian, and director, renowned for his extensive and versatile career in film and television. Born on August 30, 1954, in Oceanside, New York, Paymer graduated from the University of Michigan in 1975 with a dual major in theatre and psychology . He began his professional acting career in the late 1970s, appearing in various television shows and films. Paymer's breakthrough came with his role as Ira Shalowitz in the 1991 film City Slickers, which led to his collaboration with Billy Crystal in Mr. Saturday Night (1992).
