Dhruv Vikram
Dhruv Vikram is a contemporary Indian actor, singer, and lyricist who works primarily in Tamil cinema. Born on September 23, 1997, he is the son of the highly celebrated National Award-winning actor Vikram. Dhruv trained professionally at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York before making his feature film debut in the 2019 romantic drama Adithya Varma, a faithful remake of the Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy, for which he won several Best Debut awards. His second major outing was the critically acclaimed gangster film Mahaan (2022), where he shared screen space with his father, Vikram, which premiered directly on Amazon Prime Video. In addition to acting, Dhruv is a talented singer and lyricist, having contributed to the soundtracks of his own films, including the song "Missing Me" for Mahaan, and also releasing several non-film music videos. His most recent and widely praised work is the 2025 sports drama Bison: Kaalamaadan, directed by Mari Selvaraj, where his intense portrayal of the Kabaddi player Kittan earned critical acclaim.
