Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi is an emerging actor from New Zealand, born on February 6, 2001, who has quickly garnered attention for his compelling performances, particularly in projects centered on Polynesian stories. Raised in Auckland with a Tongan father and Samoan mother, he began his screen acting career as a teenager. He gained early experience with a small role in the Jonah Lomu miniseries Jonah (2019) but achieved significant local and international acclaim for his lead role as Will 'Ilolahia, the real-life co-founder of the Polynesian Panthers, in the 2021 drama series The Panthers. This role earned him a Rising Star award at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival and a nomination for Best Actor at the 2022 NZTV Awards. His other credits include the 2023 film Red, White and Brass and the television series Far North. He is set to make his major Hollywood debut as one of the two main stars in the upcoming Predator franchise film, "Predator: Badlands" (2025), where he plays Dek, a young Predator outcast.
