Du Jiang (杜江), born on September 10, 1985, in Jinan, Shandong, China, is a prominent Chinese actor known for his compelling performances in both film and television. He graduated from the Shanghai Theatre Academy in 2004, where he studied alongside fellow actors Chen He and Zheng Kai.. Du Jiang made his acting debut in 2007 with a supporting role in the television series Rich Man Poor Love. That same year, he appeared in his first film, Empire of Silver, alongside Aaron Kwok and Hao Lei. Over the years, he has built a diverse portfolio of roles in various genres. Notably, his portrayal of Xu Hong in the 2018 action film Operation Red Sea earned him the Best Supporting Actor award at the 34th Hundred Flowers Awards. In addition to his film career, Du Jiang has been active in television, starring in series such as Game of Hunting (2017) and Green Porcelain (2012). He has also participated in reality television, including the fifth season of Where Are We Going, Dad?, a popular Chinese parenting show.
