He first gained widespread attention with a recurring role as Tag Jones, Rachel Green's charming assistant, in the hit sitcom "Friends" (2000-2001). His career took a significant turn when he landed the role of Detective Don Flack in the long-running CBS procedural "CSI: NY," where he was a main cast member from 2004 until the show's conclusion in 2013.
