Eliana Su'a is a young American actress who has quickly gained recognition for her roles in both film and television. Born on August 1, 2008, in Orem, Utah, she began her acting career at a young age after being inspired by a friend who was in a commercial.Her breakout role came in 2019 when she was cast as Sam Hobbs, the daughter of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's character, Luke Hobbs, in the film Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. Being of half-Samoan and half-Latina descent, she was the first Samoan actress to play Johnson's daughter on screen. Her role in this major blockbuster helped to launch her into the spotlight.Following her success in Hobbs & Shaw, Su'a has gone on to land other significant roles. She is the lead actress in the Disney Channel original series Pretty Freekin Scary, where she plays the character Frankie Ripp. The show centers on a teenager who, after an unfortunate incident, returns to life with two "Underworld guardians" and a new set of challenges in middle school. Her television credits also include a role in the popular series 9-1-1.In addition to her acting work, Eliana Su'a is also a volleyball player.
