Emma Booth is a prominent Australian actress and former model. Born in Denmark, Western Australia, on November 28, 1982, she began her career at the age of thirteen on the Australian children's television show The Adventures of Bush Patrol. She later transitioned into modeling, working internationally in major fashion hubs like Tokyo, Milan, Paris, and New York.Her acting career gained momentum with her role in the 2007 film Introducing the Dwights (released as Clubland in North America), for which she won an AACTA Award for Best Supporting Actress. She has since appeared in a diverse range of films, including The Boys Are Back (2009) alongside Clive Owen, the horror film Blood Creek (2009) directed by Joel Schumacher, and the critically acclaimed psychological thriller Hounds of Love (2016), which earned her a second AACTA Award for Best Actress.On television, she is well-known for her roles in the Australian series Glitch and The Gloaming, as well as for her recurring role as the main antagonist, Mother Gothel, in the final season of the American fantasy series Once Upon a Time.
