Ernesto Sevilla López is a Spanish TV director, actor, comedian, screenwriter, and television presenter, born on May 16, 1978, in Albacete, Spain. He earned his degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha before starting his career as a screenwriter for Paramount Comedy. He is a prominent member of the "Cuarteto de Albacete" (Albacete Quartet), an influential group of comedians that also includes Joaquín Reyes, Pablo Chiapella, and Raúl Cimas. Together, they created and starred in the cult surrealist sketch comedy shows 'La Hora Chanante' (2002–2006) and 'Muchachada Nui' (2007–2010). Sevilla also directed and co-created the sitcom 'Museo Coconut' and has been a main character, Teodoro Rivas, in the popular series 'La que se avecina' since July 2015. He has appeared in films such as I Can Quit Whenever I Want (2019), Descarrilados (2021), Pobre Diablo (2023), and The Night My Dad Saved Christmas (2023). A key professional highlight was co-hosting the 32nd Goya Awards ceremony in February 2018 with Joaquín Reyes. He also portrayed the TV series Capítulo 0 with Joaquín Reyes, which was released on September 11, 2018.
