Eva Victor (they/she) is a French-born American writer, director, and actor celebrated for their sharp wit and emotionally resonant storytelling. Born on February 11, 1994, in Paris, France, Victor moved to San Francisco at the age of one. They studied acting and playwriting at Northwestern University, where they also performed with the campus improv team. Victor began their career as an intern at the feminist satire site Reductress, eventually becoming an associate editor and staff writer. They gained widespread attention for their viral comedic videos on Twitter and have contributed to Comedy Central and MTV's "Decoded." As an actress, Victor portrayed Rian in Showtime's Billions from 2020 to 2023 and played Susan Fowler in Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber. In 2025, Victor made their directorial debut with Sorry, Baby, a black comedy-drama that they also wrote and starred in. The film, produced by Barry Jenkins, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, where Victor won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award. The film is set to be released by A24 .
