Felix Angel Solis, born on September 17, 1971, in New York City, USA, is an American actor, film director, and film producer. Raised in the Chelsea/Greenwich Village area of New York City, he considers himself a "Nuyorican" due to his parents both being born in Puerto Rico. Solis began his acting career with roles in various television dramas such as "New York Undercover," "NYPD Blue," and "Law & Order," before appearing in critically acclaimed shows like "The West Wing," "OZ," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Sopranos," "Damages," and "Fringe." His film credits include "The Forgotten" (2004), "The International" (2009), "My Soul to Take," "Man on a Ledge" (2012), and "Gun Hill Road," which was a Grand Jury Nominee at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011. In addition to acting, Solis co-created Subway Token Films, a production company, and has directed short films. He has been a member of the LAByrinth Theater Company since 1999 and has also supported organizations like the ASPCA and WSPA.
