Fridtjof Stensæth Josefsen

Fridtjof Stensæth Josefsen (born June 18, 1990, in Oslo) is a Norwegian actor, comedian, writer, and presenter, who is a significant name in modern Norwegian comedy. After completing his education at Romerike Folkehøgskole, he gained initial widespread recognition as one of the main hosts and cast members of the popular TV 2 sketch comedy show Kollektivet (The Collective), which ran for eight seasons from 2011 to 2015 and earned him a Gullruten (Norwegian TV Award) nomination. He continued his successful collaboration with Jakob Schøyen Andersen in the music-comedy series Hit for hit on NRK. Josefsen is known for his unique blend of absurdity and physical comedy, which was highlighted in his solo TV venture, the short-format series Manndag (Easy Peasy, 2022/2023), which he created, co-directed, and starred in, and which was nominated at Canneseries 2023. As an actor, he has appeared in several TV series including ZombieLars, Flex, and the popular Norwegian Christmas calendar series Nissene i bingen. On the stage, he has performed in major roles such as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Det Norske Teatret. He is also expanding his career as a children's book author.
