He began his career in the early 2000s with small roles in films like The Lizzie McGuire Movie and Luca Guadagnino's Melissa P..Berruti gained prominence in Italy with roles in popular television miniseries, particularly La figlia di Elisa – Ritorno a Rivombrosa.
