Hettienne Park (born March 7, 1983, in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American actress and writer of South Korean descent whose career spans stage, television, and film. Trained in classical flute and piano at the Longy School of Music and New England Conservatory, she earned dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Religion from the University of Rochester, and later refined her craft at New York’s William Esper Studio. Park earned critical acclaim on Broadway and off-Broadway, notably debuting in Tony Kushner’s The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide to Capitalism and Socialism with a Key to the Scriptures and Theresa Rebeck’s Seminar alongside Alan Rickman, performances that earned her the 2012 Theatre World Award . On screen, she made her debut in the 2007 Sundance-featured Year of the Fish, going on to appear in Never Forever, Bride Wars, Young Adult, Don't Look Up, and the upcoming Sorry, Baby. Park is best known for her role as forensic specialist Beverly Katz on NBC's Hannibal (2013–14), and has since appeared in series like Blindspot and The Outsider.
