Hsia Teng Hung
Hsia Teng-hung (Chinese: 夏騰宏), born in 1991 in Taiwan, is an actor of the new generation in Taiwanese cinema, active since 2017. He developed a love for films early in life, influenced by his father who worked in construction and often took him to see movies. Hsia achieved early recognition for his debut role as Da-peng in the 2017 PTS television series, Days We Stared at the Sun II, which earned him a nomination for Best Newcomer in a Miniseries or Television Film at the 53rd Golden Bell Awards. Following this, he landed main roles in the web series Game Not Over (2017) and later took on a recurring role in the critically acclaimed drama The World Between Us (2019). His work in the Netflix crime thriller series Copycat Killer (2023), where he portrayed investigative journalist Hu Jian-ho, was another breakout performance. Hsia is also a cast member in the 2025 film Left-Handed Girl, playing the role of the skeevy betel-nut shop owner. He is married and has one child.
