İbrahim Büyükak

İbrahim Büyükak is a Turkish screenwriter, columnist, director, and actor, born on August 20, 1983, in Istanbul, Turkey. He graduated from Uludağ University with a degree in economic studies. Before his acting and screenwriting career, Büyükak worked as a columnist for Bursa's Olay newspaper and contributed to magazines such as Gırgır, Leman, and Lemanyak.He is a member of the BKM (Beşiktaş Culture Center). In 2008, he joined a group that included Zeynep Koçak, Oğuzhan Koç, and Eser Yenenler, and initially worked as a screenwriter for the theater show Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar, later taking on acting roles within the sketches. From 2013 to 2017, he co-hosted the talk show 3 Adam with Koç and Yenenler.After the conclusion of 3 Adam, Büyükak transitioned to a solo career, focusing on writing and starring in comedy films. His notable film writing and acting credits include Küçük Esnaf (2016), Yol Arkadaşım (2017), Yol Arkadaşım 2 (2018), and Bayi Toplantısı (2020). He also wrote and directed the web series İlginç Bazı Olaylar (2021) and the films Özür Dilerim (2023) and Mutluyuz (2023). In 2025, he is set to appear as Öcü in the film Pita Hall, for which he also contributed to the original story and screenplay. Büyükak has been nominated for Best Movie Actor at the Golden Palm Awards in both 2018 and 2019.
