He later studied acting at the Vancouver Film School.He gained critical recognition for his performance in the 2016 film Hello Destroyer, for which he won the Best Actor in a Canadian Film award at the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards and a Canadian Screen Award nomination.On television, he is well known for his role as Trevor Holden in the Showcase and Netflix series Travelers.
