Jerry Lee is the English stage name often used by Li Chen (李晨; born November 24, 1978, Beijing), a prominent Chinese actor, director, and television personality . He rose to fame in the early 2000s with standout roles in acclaimed TV dramas such as Beijing Love Story (2012), Beijing Youth (2012), and The Good Fellas (2016) . In film, he received praise for his performance in Ultimate Rescue (2008) — earning a China Movie Channel Media Award — and had a major supporting role in the disaster drama Aftershock (2010). Li Chen became a household name through his energetic presence as both cast member and leader on the popular variety show Keep Running (Chinese version of Running Man) . In 2017, he made his directorial debut with Sky Hunter, China’s first aerial warfare film.
