Jiang Wu
Jiang Wu, born on November 4, 1967, in Tangshan, China, is a highly regarded Chinese actor. He is the younger brother of the equally celebrated actor and director Jiang Wen. Jiang Wu is known for his versatility and has appeared in a wide range of films and television series since the 1990s.He first gained international recognition for his work in Zhang Yimou's To Live (1994) and Zhang Yang's Shower (1999), where he often played characters with a simple or kind-hearted nature. His filmography is extensive and includes a diverse array of roles in films such as A Touch of Sin (2013), Shock Wave (2017), The Eight Hundred (2020), and the 2025 film The Stage. A member of the Beijing Experimental Theatre Troupe, he has also worked with his brother on several films, including Let the Bullets Fly (2010).
