Jonathan Turnbull

Jonathan Turnbull is a French actor born in 1994 in Morocco and raised in France since age 14. Initially drawn to theatre as a way to channel his energy, he trained at the prestigious Cours Florent après un stage de théâtre durant son adolescence, and soon realized his natural aptitude for acting . Over a 10+ year career, Turnbull has amassed a diverse body of work across film and television. His on-screen journey began with a minor role in Big City (2007), followed by a significant part in Mes Provinciales (2017), and the TV film Ronde de nuit. He later appeared in the Netflix adaptation Disparu à jamais and landed a main role in the OCS series Sentinelles in 2021. From 2022 onwards, his profile rose further with roles in Revoir Paris (2022) as a brasserie restaurateur, the hit limited series Sambre (2023) where he portrayed Enzo Salina, and parts in Paris Has Fallen and Sentinelles – Ukraine in 2024. In 2024–25, Turnbull took on key roles in acclaimed projects including George – Untamed Spirit (TV) and Dominik Moll’s Case 137 (Dossier 137), playing Benoît Guérini . His film work also includes 37 secondes (2025), wherein he played Loïc Jouan in six episode. Now represented by Alternative Agency in Paris (with agent Florence Charmasson), Turnbull stands out as a versatile performer equally adept in drama, crime, and thriller genres.
