Josh Cowdery
Joshua Wayne "Josh" Cowdery (born December 23, 1978) is an American actor known for his work in both major film franchises and notable television series. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, he attended Sylvan Hills High School where he was part of an improv group alongside friend Wes Bentley. He later graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Marketing Management and minors in Acting and Psychology. Cowdery has since built a successful career in character roles, notably appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Agent Tyler (credited as "Maintenance Guy") in the film The Avengers (2012), a role he reprised in the TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013). His other high-profile film credits include playing Senator Henry Shaw Jr. in the Wizarding World film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016), a Pilot in Godzilla (2014), and an FBI Agent in Guy Ritchie's Wrath of Man (2021). On television, Cowdery has played Mike Peters in the Netflix series Fate: The Winx Saga (2021) and was recently featured as Charlie Bricus in Belgravia: The Next Chapter (2024). Additionally, he has extensive voice acting experience in video games, providing the voice for characters such as Steve Rogers/Captain America in Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 and Poe Dameron in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
