June Diane Raphael

June Diane Raphael (born January 4, 1980, in Rockville Centre, New York) is an American actress, comedian, screenwriter, and producer known for her sharp wit and dynamic performances across television, film, and stage. She graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and honed her comedic skills at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where she co-created and starred in the acclaimed sketch show Rode Hard and Put Away Wet with her longtime collaborator Casey Wilson. Raphael gained widespread recognition for her role as Brianna Hanson in Netflix’s Grace and Frankie, where she portrayed Jane Fonda’s ambitious daughter. Her film credits include Year One, Unfinished Business, and Ass Backwards, which she co-wrote and starred in with Wilson . She also co-hosts the popular podcast How Did This Get Made? alongside her husband, Paul Scheer, and Jason Mantzoukas . In 2018, Raphael co-founded The Jane Club, a digital community designed to support women in their personal and professional lives .
