Kang Ki-doong is a South Korean actor known for his versatile and memorable supporting roles across numerous popular television series and films. Born on March 25, 1987, in Jeju, South Korea, he studied in the Department of Acting/Art History at the Korea National University of Arts and began his acting career in 2008. He has built a reputation for delivering compelling performances in diverse roles, often showcasing excellent comedic timing and emotional depth. His extensive filmography includes hit dramas such as Fight for My Way (2017), Prison Playbook (2017), It's Okay to Not Be Okay (2020) where he played the male lead's best friend, and the fantasy-thriller Reborn Rich (2022) as Jin Hyeong-jun. He also starred in the two-season action series The First Responders (2022–2023), a role for which he won the Best Supporting Actor in a Miniseries Genre/Fantasy Drama at the 2022 SBS Drama Awards. In his personal life, he married a non-celebrity in September 2024.
