Karina Ramil is a Brazilian actress born on November 18, 1990, in Rio de Janeiro. Coming from an artistic family (she is the daughter of musician Kleiton Ramil, of the duo Kleiton & Kledir), she was exposed to the performing arts from a young age.Ramil began her career in theater, where she has performed in numerous plays, earning accolades such as Best Actress at the Prêmio Zilka Salaberry in 2015 for "Patricia Piolho," a play she co-authored. She graduated from the Performing Arts faculty in Rio de Janeiro in 2013.She gained national recognition through her involvement with "Porta dos Fundos," a highly popular Brazilian comedy sketch YouTube channel, which she joined in 2016. On television, she has appeared in various comedy shows and soap operas for Rede Globo, as well as series on Globoplay, Multishow, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video's "LOL: Last One Laughing Brazil."Her filmography includes a range of comedic and dramatic roles. She is known for films such as "Um Tio Quase Perfeito" (2017), "Boca de Ouro" (2019), "10 Horas Para o Natal" (2020), and "Doce Família" (2024). Most recently, she is part of the main cast of the 2025 Netflix comedy film "Almost Family," which premiered on July 18, 2025, where she plays the role of Joana.
