Kenneth Lucas is one half of the identical twin comedy duo, The Lucas Brothers, alongside his brother Keith Lucas. Born on September 13, 1985, in Newark, New Jersey, the brothers are highly versatile, working together as comedians, actors, filmmakers, writers, and producers.Their unique brand of stand-up comedy, often characterized by a laid-back, philosophical, and observational style, gained them early recognition. They made their late-night debut on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in 2012 and were named one of Variety magazine's "Ten Comics to Watch in 2014."As actors, The Lucas Brothers starred in their own animated series, Lucas Bros. Moving Co., and appeared in truTV's Friends of the People. On the big screen, Kenneth and Keith are known for their roles as Kenny and Keith Yang in the hit film 22 Jump Street (2014).Their talents extend significantly into writing and producing. They co-wrote and co-produced the critically acclaimed 2021 film Judas and the Black Messiah, for which they received nominations for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and the Writers Guild of America Award for Best Original Screenplay.
